The Goodie Two Shoes Foundation respects the privacy of our donors and website visitors.
The Goodie Two Shoes Foundation (GTSF) is a nonprofit, charitable organization providing disadvantaged children and children in crisis with new shoes and socks as well as other items deemed essential for good health and positive development. GTSF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, publicly supported organization and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
In order to fulfill its mission, the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation may maintain databases that are compiled exclusively from information knowingly and voluntarily provided to the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation by our donors and website visitors. The Goodie Two Shoes Foundation respects the privacy of our donors and website visitors and does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our donors and website visitors unless required for law enforcement or otherwise required by law. Please note the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation receives Memorial and Special Occasion donations both on-line and through the mail. The Goodie Two Shoes Foundation may from time to time list the name, city and state of the donor within our printed collateral or our on-line presence. This is a well-established policy adopted by most charitable organizations. However, donor amounts and specific addresses are not generally disclosed unless otherwise specified.
Web users are justly concerned about what information is being collected, and how it is being used. The Goodie Two Shoes Foundation does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation website visitor unless required for law enforcement or otherwise required by law. However, we must disclose pertinent credit card information to appropriate banking institutions when persons use credit cards, via our secure on-line server, to make donations to the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation. Credit card information collected by the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation is used strictly for billing purposes.
